A handcrafted Bound Whanau Koru pendant carved in apple green Jade with a high polish to bring out the translucent quality of this stone, carved by our team at our Auckland carving studio.
It includes an adjustable plaited waxed braid cord, a traditional-style woven presentation pouch and a description of the meaning of the carving.
This series comes in a range of highly polished greenstone - each piece is unique due to variation in the stone

The spiral form is a Koru, which is the fern frond as it opens bringing new life and purity to the world. It also represents peace, tranquility, spirituality, family as well as regrowth or new beginnings/journeys.
