Rei Puta, Niho Tohoro, whale tooth style. A hand-carved Tibetan Yak bone pendant with paua shell insert "eyes" Beautifully carved by Anthony Bray-Heta.
It includes an adjustable waxed braid cord with hand carved bone toggle detail and a traditional woven presentation pouch.
The yak bone is a softer colour than bovine/cow bone, and has a grain running through the medium providing interest and an aged appearance.
